Our research shows that students who have developed a career plan and have used Careers and Employability Centre resources are more likely succeed in their choices beyond Sussex.

A career plan does not have to be an exact or rigid pathway but is part of a planned process to narrow, refine and evolve your choices and actions and thus help you make positive steps forward.

You may know what you want to do or you may still be undecided but developing a plan based on your personal needs and desires will help you.
